Our Parents
The Parents’ Association at Waverley Christian College plays a vital role in fostering a strong, connected and Christ‑centred school community. Open to all parents, the Association provides meaningful opportunities for families to actively participate in College life, strengthening relationships between parents, staff and students. Through fellowship, service and practical support, the Parents’ Association lives out a culture of encouragement and “love in action.” This is seen through initiatives such as community‑building events, fundraising activities like icy pole days, support for our sister schools, and the parent class representative network, which helps enhance communication and connection within classes. By working in partnership with staff and students, the Parents’ Association enriches school life, promotes belonging, and positively contributes to student wellbeing and the broader College community.
