Applications are open to families who meet our Admissions Policy, which requires at least one parent to be a practising Christian who attends on-site church regularly (weekly or fortnightly), together with the student.

A Pastoral Letter of Recommendation will be required upon submitting your application.

We do not offer Homestay arrangements. Places are only offered to an overseas student who will live with a parent or eligible blood relative for the full duration of their course at the College.

Please Note:

  • A separate application must be completed for each child.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee a place at the College.
  • A $300 Application Fee per student (non-refundable) applies.

You will receive an email with the outcome of your application once it has been processed. Interviews for possible places will be advised by return email.

Wait for an Interview

If a place becomes available, a member from the Admission Team will contact you to request additional documents and schedule an enrolment interview.

Offer of a Place

Following the interview, if your application is successful, the College will issue a Letter of Offer. To accept the offer, you must sign the Letter of Acceptance along with the required payment for applicable fees via bank draft to Waverley Christian College.

* A copy of the payment receipt must be emailed to the Admissions Department.

Confirmation of Enrolment

Once the College receives your Letter of Acceptance and payment, a Government Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) form will be issued. This document is required for the Student Visa application.

Visa Application

Present the College’s Letter of Offer and Confirmation of Enrolment Form to:

  • the Australian Consulate (if overseas)
    the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (if in Australia)
  • Request the necessary application forms for a Student Visa.

Please Note:

  • You should state that you are applying as a full-fee-paying Overseas Student and seek advice on any special application procedures.
  • A visa application can take up to 6 weeks to process.

If a place is not immediately available, parents will be informed, and the student’s name will be added to the waiting list. For further information on how our waitlist is managed, please refer to our Admissions Policy.
