Wantirna South Campus
The following year levels are closed to new applications:

Apply
To apply, families are required to complete an Application for Enrolment form, and submit it with the following documents:
- Pastoral Letter of Recommendation – A letter from your pastor or church leader confirming that at least one parent is a practising Christian and that the parent(s) and children attend church in person on a regular basis. *Must be on church letterhead, dated and signed
- A copy of the student's birth certificate
- Receipt for the $100 Application Fee
Application Fee Payment
A non-refundable application fee of $100 per child applies. Payment can be made via this link. Please enter your child’s full name in the Family/Debtor ID field when making the payment.
Please include a copy of the payment receipt when submitting your application to your preferred campus.
Please Note:
- A separate application must be completed for each child.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a place at the College.
- The Application Fee is non-refundable, even for incomplete submissions.
- Please refer to our Admissions Policy and related documents to ensure your application meets all requirements.

You will receive an email with the outcome of your application once it has been processed.
Offer of an Interview
If a place becomes available, a member from the Admission Team will contact you to request additional documents and schedule an enrolment interview.
Offer of a Place
Following the interview, successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer. To accept, parents must complete the Acceptance of Enrolment form and make payment as follows:
- Enrolment Fee: $300 per student (non-refundable) and
- Enrolment Bond: $600 per student (credited to the last fee instalment in the first year of enrolment)
Please note: the Enrolment Bond is forfeited if withdrawal occurs before the end of Term 4 in the first year of enrolment or at any time prior.
Waiting List
If a place is not immediately available, parents will be informed, and the student’s name will be added to the waiting list. For further information on how our waitlist is managed, please refer to our Admissions Policy.
