Our remuneration structures are commensurate with the Victorian Government Schools Agreement.
Staff are able to access salary packaging options (e.g., novated leases, mortgage payments, superannuation, devices) and the FlareHR benefits portal with retail, gym and holiday discounts.
School fees discounts are available for permanent staff whose children attend the school (conditions apply).
The College offers 12 weeks paid parental leave to the birth parent and one week paid leave to the non birth parent in addition to government schemes.
